Engagement Description:
Transforming the enterprise and prioritizing options against clear decision-making criteria requires a "big-picture" approach and includes a comprehensive understanding of enterprise mission and objectives. Business Transformation Architecture (BTA) practice straddles business and technology providing strong knowledge of good business practices combined with a sound understanding of architectural and technical issues. BTA's are typically able to demonstrate the following experience within their professional practice: Able to articulate service visions, able to align Information Technologies with Enterprise Strategy, and has the ability to share common solutions and best practices.
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years experience in information technology including 4 years in the practice of business transformation architecture.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or Public Administration as well as a minimum of 2 years experience in information technology and a minimum of 2 years experience in business transformation architecture OR;
College Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology Business Administration or Public Administration as well as a minimum of 4 years experience in information technology and a minimum of 3 years experience in business transformation architecture.
