  • BCP Analysts are typically responsible for developing comprehensive detailed business continuity plans, business disruption plans, and disaster recovery plans.  They may also perform in-depth threat and risk analysis, and report on their research and investigative findings. 

  • Enterprise Managers are responsible for enterprise IT strategies and policies pertaining to architecture, program management, and technology. They promote the development of enterprise-wide IT procedures, frameworks, and guidelines, and may also provide solutions to critical issues. 

  • Enterprise Practitioners typically evaluate the client’s enterprise architecture and business processes, and identify how these components can effectively fit within the client’s business practices. They may also make recommendations and propose solutions to enhance business performance, while maintaining a secure and robust environment. 

  • IT Security specialists typically recommend, design, and implement appropriate security policies, procedures, and technologies for computing environments. In addition to knowledge of threat/risk analysis procedures, they should also have knowledge of emerging IT security trends and directions. 

  • ITIL specialists design and implement solutions using the ITIL methodology, including new process components, organizational structures, tools, technology, and policies. They may also develop and implement ITSM solutions based on ITIL best practices. 

  • Systems Auditors usually participate in IT operational reviews, including identifying internal control risks, business risks, and opportunities to reduce operational costs.  In addition, they may assist in the development of IT audit plans and report on audit results.
