Engagement Description:
The systems installation specialist will work as part of the Solution Development team to oversee the planning, design and evaluation of an ongoing Operations Center project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining user acceptance testing and creating checklists for completing business transition plans. They will estimate resource and cost requirements and work with the stakeholders and the user community to develop requirements.
Using business analysis and modelling tools and techniques they will identify group requirements and achieve consensus of the installation plan. The will also be responsible for managing a professional staff and must be able to demonstrate experience in this area.
Experience:
The candidate will have three (3) years experience in Information Management & Communications with a main focus on Systems Implementation.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate they have a minimum of 3 years work experience in an IT/IM Project environment. They must demonstrate, through work experience, an ability to define user acceptance testing, plan project implementations and develop transition plans including conversion plans and parallel operation procedures, estimates resource and cost requirements.
The use of project management tools and techniques as well as business analysis and modelling tools must be demonstrated.
Education:
The successful candidate will hold a college degree in any field to be considered eligible for this opportunity.
Language Requirement:
A strong ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written.
