With our Clients
Our Business Development Managers work with our clients to identify and understand their problems and determine where SOMOS consultants can help them. Practice managers and senior consultants are typically involved in the early fact-finding and solution planning.
SOMOS works primarily with senior consultants, most of whom are subcontractors. Consequently, we do not have consulting staff that we must keep busy - qualified or not. SOMOS brings the right consultant for the need - and we back them up with experienced practice managers, support staff, and other consultants from our ranks.
With our Consultants
SOMOS draws on consultants from our qualified pool of subcontractors and employees. We interview our consultants and check their references to ensure they have the qualifications, experience, and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed as a consultant. We also look for consultants who have the ethics and values that SOMOS promotes in order to maintain our high standards. Our staged screening process ensures that only the most qualified and compatible professionals are presented as SOMOS consultants.
We take the time to understand our consultants' real skills, experience, and preferences to ensure they are only presented with and engaged in assignments where they are positioned to succeed.
SOMOS has regular sessions for exchanging knowledge and experience with our peers and participates in community professional events (see links).
With our Suppliers
SOMOS has an excellent reputation for our relationships with our suppliers. We seek out organizations who have similar standards for quality, integrity, and fair play, and develop mutually beneficial partnerships with them.
