Course Description: 
The new SOMOS course - Project Management and Governance for Executives - has been developed specifically for the busy executive with responsibility for working with Projects and Project Managers.
In one day, senior managers are given the essentials that they need in order to lead and support their projects. Attendees will learn the key roles of the sponsor and the essential behaviours and actions they must perform to enable project success, without the exhaustive details of project management process and scheduling.
Using a mix of lecture and case studies, to draw upon the experience of the attendees, Project Management for Executives and Sponsors is an efficient time investment if you are an executive with sponsorship, portfolio management, or other project responsibilities.
