SOMOS has an extensive track record in helping customers successfully implement Enterprise Project Management Systems. Here are some of those projects:
2010-2011: SOMOS installed, set up, and operated Microsoft Project and Portfolio Server 2010 for testing and training.
2009-2011: SOMOS designed, implemented, operated, and evolved a Microsoft Project Server 2007 for an IT development and operations organization at a Government of Canada client.
2010: SOMOS installed, set up, and trained the users on a Microsoft Project Server 2007 project control system for an IT group in a Crown Corporation.
2009-2011: SOMOS implemented Microsoft Project Server 2007 and work tracking system for a government IT operations organization and provided on-going assistance in training and project management.
2006-2008: SOMOS designed, set up, and operated a project management control and work tracking system for a large IT operation, based on Microsoft Project and a custom time sheet system.
2004-2006: SOMOS designed, set up, and operated the project control system in a government department's project office, using Microsoft Project, wInsight, and a custom time sheet system.
2000-2003: SOMOS designed, set up, and operated the project systems and project office for a large IT system development at a financial institution; tools included Primavera Project Planner, Cobra, and Time Control.
1998-1999: SOMOS helped set up a project office at a large aerospace and defence organization, using Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, Cobra, and Time Control.
1997-1999: SOMOS implemented a new tool set for two major contracts at a large US defense company; tools used included Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, Cobra, in-house time sheet system.
1998-2000: SOMOS designed, set up, and operated the development project office for a product line development at high-tech manufacturer; tools used included Microsoft Project, Cobra, and an in-house time sheet system.
