SOMOS was able to provide a team of business analysts who worked on developing use cases for workflows in the new environment, defining business requirements for systems, and developing test plans. Our analysts were able to identify and review the system scope, objectives, and requirements.

Our client required a senior business analyst to analyze their business needs in relation to the CADLIS application. SOMOS’ SBA identified the requirements for changes in business processes and information systems in CADLIS. Our Senior BA reviewed the existing CADLIS application to identify changes needed and reported on future application needs for the client. In addition to these duties, SOMOS provided mentoring to the clients’ business analyst on information management and technology support.
