Problems re-spreading to-go estimates

When we have set a new cost target we want to re-spread the to-go estimates. We can't seem to do this automatically. Is there no automatic way to do this?

Works in Cobra V4.6 and V4.7

In Cobra v4.6 and v4.7 this behaves properly: when the baseline end date is changed to be earlier or later than the original baseline date, data is respread. The operator can select whether the respread starts from the current ACWP or BCWP
