Early phases included developing standard work codes and cost tracking, piloting various tools and system concepts, as well as mentoring and assisting during planning. When the client selected Microsoft EPM Server 2007 as the foundation tool suite, a SOMOS consultant planned the implementation and participated in the system rollout.
