Using established analytical techniques, tailoring processes and selecting the appropriate tools, the Product Development Specialist helps tune our client's growth engine for maximum performance. Typically the Product Development Specialist will be required to:

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize new product ideas for expansion of the existing product development program, with a focus on coordinating efforts across various internal business lines in order to capture broad business consensus around product development priorities.
• Lead select development projects from concept to regulatory registration.
• Manage transitions of product ''ownership'' to Product Management team during pre-launch period.
• Be a product champion, representing the client's product development internally and externally, where appropriate.
• Support product development and management in responding to inquiries from sales, intermediaries and investors.
