Overview:

As project management professionals our biggest challenge is dealing with a variety of individuals who have strengths, weaknesses and formative experiences which they bring to the project and life in general.

When we are willing to look at what disturbs us, within our self and in others, we can use that as a powerful tool in leading and coaching project teams to success. What are people looking for and what are they sensitive to in today's ultra fast, ego driven, results oriented environment?

Mr. Williams brings over 20 years of executive and relationship coaching experience to these issues. He provides a strong insight into how individual relate with each other and the workplace as well using those insights in leading your team to success.
