Presentation Abstract
In a world in which many organizations - small and large, operate globally and in which project resources can reside anywhere in the world, often using social media tools as a way of accelerating both project management team engagement and productivity is essential. Just as any progressive organization today is considering the impact of social media tools on their brand, marketing strategy and internal employee communications methods, we should be looking at these as PM professionals for their application to our discipline. Join Dr. James Norrie as he takes you through a “social media primer” for business and then challenges you to think about new and innovative ways of using social media for your project teams
