Brian Pflug

Brian Pflug joined Somos in 2015, with responsibility for all finance and accounting matters.  In the role of Vice President, Finance, Brian oversees our accounting function and provides strategic and financial leadership in areas that include financial planning, cash flow matters and resource allocation decisions.  Additionally, Brian is focused on developing effective technology tools to supply real-time financial data and analytics as we grow the business.

Brian has held senior finance positions with rapidly expanding publicly traded companies, most recently Digital Cinema Destinations Corp., where Brian served as the Chief Financial Officer, and Cinedigm, where he was the Chief Accounting Officer. Brian’s experience includes a number of corporate financing and business combinations, and active participation with Board and Audit Committee matters. A graduate of Rutgers University, Brian brings more than 25 years of diverse financial management expertise and began his career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
