New UI/UX Enhancements Featured in the Latest SMS/800 TFN Registry Release!

Number Administration is at the core of the SMS/800 TFN Registry®, and with the second of our two November 2020 releases, we’ve included a number of enhancements that help support and maximize usage for Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs). Specifically, we’ve added numerous updates to the registry’s User Interface (UI) that will provide an enhanced User Experience (UX)  that are certain to help drive business operations and efficiencies!

New updates and enhancements include the following:

UPDATED SMS/800 TFN Registry UI Look and Feel:

User experience is enhanced with updates to the UI menu bar styling and browsing capabilities. From more aesthetically pleasing font options to the refreshed navigation, users will benefit from a better overall experience.

NEW Submenu Visibility When Hovering:

Complimenting the above-mentioned updates to the SMS/800 TFN Registry’s UI/UX is the addition of viewable submenu items when hovering over main menu items. Navigation options are simplified by having a greater visibility into specific automation queries as well.

NEW Search Functionality via Page Mnemonics:

Navigation of the SMS/800 TFN Registry’s UI is further streamlined through the addition of page mnemonics search capabilities in the main menu search bar. Now featuring click and go action, directly accessing screens such as NUS, CAD and RNL is even quicker! Simply enter the screen mnemonic, hit enter, and be taken directly to the associated screen.

NEW Toll-Free Number Entry Auto-Formatting:

Simplify maintaining uniform Toll-Free Number formatting with the addition of new automation functionality. With the first release of Toll-Free Number Entry Auto-Formatting, users can now enter or submit bulk upload of numbers in a variety of formats to include dashes, dots and spaces. The SMS/800 TFN Registry will automatically format the numbers upon entry saving users valuable time. The feature is currently available in the NUS, OCA and Mass Automation Screens (MQN, MSP, MRO, MND).
