New UI and Reporting Updates Featured in the Latest SMS/800 TFN Registry Release!

Number Administration is at the core of the SMS/800 TFN Registry®, and with the first release of the new year (Release 4.5.3), we’ve included a number of enhancements that help support and maximize usage for Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs). Specifically, we’ve added updates to the SMS/800 TFN Registry’s User Interface (UI) as well as Reporting functionality that are certain to help drive business operations and efficiencies!

New updates and enhancements include the following:

EXTENDED UI Bulk Automation Enhancements:

This past November, 2020, we showed you how to simplify maintaining uniform Toll-Free Number formatting with the addition of new automation functionality. This included allowing users to enter or submit bulk upload of numbers in a variety of formats to include dashes, dots and spaces. The latest release expands this capability to Pointer Records (PADs), Customer Records (CADs), Template Records (TADs) and Customer Record Selection (REC).

UPDATED UI Error Messaging:

An updated UI design ensures that error messages are unobstructed and more easily viewed to help with troubleshooting.

NEW Column Sorting for Specific Screens:

Sorting your data is streamlined and better defined with the inclusion of the new column sorting functionality. The addition of a “sort” icon provides users with more flexible options for viewing data on the SMS/800 TFN Registry. This new feature is available in the bulk automation center for results from Mass Automation Screens (i.e.: MNQ, NSR, OCA, MSP, MCP, MND and MRO).

UPDATED Reporting Access:

(NOTE: This update is exclusive to Resp Orgs with SFTP/SQL*NET permissions. If you haven’t migrated to the latest URLs and IP Addresses, please refer to the SMS/800 Data Center Network Connectivity Guide for more information.)

Applicable users will now be able to access the reporting table RHDB_CRINVENTORY_VIEW (Table for ‘Number Inventory Report’) by SFTP or SQLNet interface.
