Modernizing access to the SMS/800 Toll-Free Number (TFN) Registry is part of our effort to improve the system’s capabilities and enhance your user experience.
Our priority is to ensure business continuity to all Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs) during this migration period. Access to the SMS/800 TFN Registry will remain available to all our customers through the SMS/800 TFN Registry UI, Application Programming Interface (API), as well as other interfaces such as Mechanized Generic Interface (MGI), and Web Based Access (WBA).
All Resp Orgs will have access to an updated set of APIs (API Version 2) for the SMS/800 TFN Registry that will have enhancements to the current API Version 1. Users will have the opportunity to test API Version 2 during a pre-production beta period in the Developers Portal before it is launched into full production in Mid-Year 2019.
