Brook Colangelo

Brook Colangelo joined the Board of Directors in April 2023. Brook serves as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee and Risk Committee. Brook is a strategic cybersecurity and technology executive with experience in both the private and public sectors and across a range of industries. He currently serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Waters Corporation, one of the world’s leading developers of analytical instruments and software serving the life, food and materials sciences, where he leads global IT and digital business transformation. Prior to this role, Brook served as Chief Technology Officer for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and as Chief Information Officer of the White House under President Barack Obama. During his time at the White House, Brook was responsible for modernizing, securing, and managing all aspects of the technology platforms and infrastructure supporting the first-ever digitally connected President of the United States.

Brook currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee of ISO New England, an independent, not-for-profit corporation responsible for ensuring the reliable flow of electricity across New England.
