Breakout Session: Chatbots
Industry leader, Noah Rofalko has helped shape the telecom industry through his tireless efforts to create a more equitable marketplace, and during his industry-led breakout session at the 2017 Toll-Free User Summit, he engaged with Summit attendees on this very subject. Noah discussed the role of Chatbots in Toll-Free innovation while providing anecdotes from real-life uses of the technology in modern Toll-Free applications.

SMS/800 Toll-Free Number (TFN) Registry - UI Training
The first of two sessions focused on the new SMS/800 Toll-Free Number (TFN) Registry. This training session provided attendees with both a presentation and a live demonstration of the SMS/800 Toll-Free Number Registry User Interface.
SMS/800 Toll-Free Number (TFN) Registry - API Training
Developers looking to implement the new SMS/800 Toll-Free Number Registry APIs convened during the second SMS/800 Toll-Free Number Registry training session. Somos lead Architect, Sudhakar Donepudy walked attendees through a list of available APIs and open source software development kit that can be utilized to implement, and sample request and response use cases on the SMS/800 TFN Registry.
Texting & Smart Services Registry Training
The Texting & Smart Services Registry training session helped to give attendees a jump start into the texting to Toll-Free space. During the session, clarity was provided around: The text to Toll-Free ecosystem Role and Responsibilities of service providers in this space The role of the Service Registrar Alternatives to offer text to Toll-Free to your customers Reasons to use the TSS Registry to protect your numbers How do I use the TSS Registry if I’m a Resp Org?
