Cobra - Open Plan Link

What about the link between Open Plan and Cobra? Should it be used, or would we be better off with an air gap and a .csv file?

Link is Reliable
The link between Open Plan and Cobra is very good in 4.6 and 4.7, and can be relied upon if the organization's process control is robust enough.
If the organization has concerns about data integrity, or if there is a danger of data being loaded to Cobra before it should be, then there is a value to having an air gap. In this case the Cobra data owner has more complete control over the integrity of their data.
