“Voice of the Interns” – Learn More about the Future of Telecom in their Words

It’s been eight weeks since the 2022 Somos Summer Internship Program kicked-off and it’s a toss-up as to who has gained more – our class of “newbies” (in the words of Software Development intern Andrew Sadikov) or the Team Somos mentors who have worked diligently to help prepare the interns for their future success.

With an emphasis on encouraging both personal growth as well as professional development, the only thing more ambitious than Somos’ 2022 Internship curriculum has been the interns themselves. From cultivating meaningful relationships with telecom leaders to gaining insight into industry innovations to working on a cross-functional capstone project, the life-long experiences they’ve gained so far are best described in their own words:
