Now available on the Texting & Smart Services Registry (TSS) which include more functionality and a better user experience. Our Somos mission is to enable our customers, and based on your feedback and contribution, several changes were deployed to the TSS Registry to help support your operations.
What has changed?
New Application Programming Interface (API) to Reset Password
If you are an API user, you will be able to reset or change your password using the API, without the need to log into the User Interface (UI).
Process for Rejected Text Enablement Requests
Now, when a text enablement request is rejected by the Responsible Organization (Resp Org), the Help Desk will contact the Resp Org and the Service Registrar to do the necessary diligences to get approval or necessary information. The Help Desk will get an automatic notification when a text request is rejected, so you don’t need to contact them. Help Desk will contact you if information or any action on your side is needed. You can review the new override process here.
Support of Multiple Email Addresses for Letter of Authorization (LOA) Notification and Service Registrar Notification Emails
Now you can add up to five email addresses in the email notifications field. Place the cursor on the interrogation mark next to the field to get additional information.
Reports – Event History
To improve the performance of the reports page, by default, you will receive data from the last two months. To search for any other date range, you may use the date search capability.
Port Pending Notification
If one of your Toll-Free Numbers has been requested to be ported to a different provider, you will receive an email notifying you of the request.
An updated version of the API specification is available here. These changes are backward compatible with previous versions of the API.
