Her expertise lies in converting complex regulatory, routing and technical requirements into scalable systems that drive efficiency, consumer value and revenue. As Vice President of Global Connectivity and Operations at Vonage, an Ericsson company, she oversees the foundational connectivity layer that supports Vonage's CPaaS and Network API products. She previously led integration efforts at EZ Texting, Telesign and Proximus Global. Shannon is committed to simplifying industry complexity and using data-driven insights to enable accelerated market growth.
