Anna Patruno

Anna Patruno joined the Board of Directors in February 2015. Anna served as Board Chair from October 2016 through December 2020.  She currently serves as the Chair of the Risk Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee. Anna is a finance executive with a breadth and depth of knowledge across finance, accounting, and operations. She currently serves as Chief Audit Executive at Firserv.  Prior to this role Anna served as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Services at Fiserv and Chief Financial Officer of Global Corporate & Shared Services at First Data.  

Other career highlights include serving as Chief Financial Officer at Thomson Reuters, Global Growth Organization as well as various other senior finance and operations positions with multinational corporations, including R.J. Reynolds, The Dun and Bradstreet Corporation, R.H. Donnelley and Centerport, Inc. Anna previously served on the Board of Directors for the United Way of NYC and is a founding member of the United Way of NYC’s Women’s Leadership Council.
