TSS Registry Release: Enhanced Bulk Transaction Capabilities Now Available!
You rely on the Texting & Smart Services (TSS) Registry to administer the use of Toll-Free Numbers for messaging and here at Somos, we’re committed to providing valuable resources and tools needed for Service Registrars and Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs) to get work done smarter, faster and more efficiently.
In this latest release to the TSS Registry, the system now boasts exciting new enhancements that will help achieve peak performance. Updates include:
Increased Volume of Toll-Free Numbers in Text Enablement Requests Now Supported
The selection volume for both Pending and Port-Pending text enablement requests to approve or reject in the GUI has been increased from the previous volume limit of 50 at a time to 1,000. This will benefit both Resp Orgs and Service Registrars for a large quantity of requests at one time.
New API for Bulk Query Option
Service Registrars will now be able to retrieve Port-Pending requests via a Bulk Query. This will allow Service Registrars to leverage an API for bulk port-pending retrieval versus previously, where only single transactions were available.
New API to Submit Bulk Port-Pending Requests
Service Registrars looking to submit port-pending requests to the TSS Registry for approval or rejection will now be able to send requests in increments of 1,000. This will allow Service Registrars to leverage an API for bulk port-pending activities versus previously, where only single transactions were available.
