Upgraded Navigation Featured in the Latest TFNRegistry™ Release!
In our fast-paced world, being able to work with more agility is mission critical – which is why we’ve upgraded a number of commonly accessed User Interface (UI) activities in the latest TFNRegistry™ release. Learn more about these newly updated features – features that are sure to enhance your Toll-Free Number management and administration now:
Improved efficiency and increased productivity are provided thanks to more streamlined navigation from the Number Search and Reserve (NUS) and Reserved Number List (RNL) pages to the Customer Record (CAD), Pointer Record (PAD) and Multi Pointer Activation (MPA) pages.
Cross Entity Permissions
Cross Entity permissions have been enhanced to allow TFNRegistry UI users to leverage the “Acting As” feature on the One Click Activate (OCA) page to manage Toll-Free Numbers that belong to another Resp Org, but for which they have permissions to manage. This feature has additionally been enabled on the NUS, CAD, PAD and other pages! API users can likewise take advantage of these Cross Entity permissions enhancements via the OCA API call.
Customer Pointer Record (CPR) Nodes
User experience is enhanced thanks to a re-ordered Call Processing Record (CPR) nodes list within the CPR of a CAD(s) and a Template Record(s) (TAD). This provides a consistent list of options, thus saving valuable time and effort.
To help better delineate between different activities and functionality, the Dashboard portion of the homepage in the TFNRegistry UI has updated the “Reservation Limits” tile to read as “Reservation Limits By Entity.” This update helps to clarify for Resp Orgs limits that are displayed by Entity.
