March TFNRegistry™ Release Offers Updated Navigation, New UI Features

In our fast-paced world, being able to complete work in a swifter, smarter and more efficient manner is mission-critical. In the March 2022 TFNRegistry release, a number of commonly used UI and navigational features have been updated to help promote a more agile approach to Toll-Free Number (TFN) management and administration. Find out more about how the TFNRegistry user experience is being enhanced now:

Find Your Templates Quicker

A drop-down arrow in the editable "Template Field" has been added to the Pointer Record (PAD), Multi Pointer Activation (MPA) or Multi Conversion to Pointer Records (MCP) pages. Users will now be able to more readily access their list of active templates by simply clicking on the drop-down menu.

Better Defined Error Messaging

The only thing more frustrating than receiving an “error” message has to be understanding what the source of the error is. For users of the Customer Record Audit/Resend (CRA/CRR) features, a new error code has been added to identify the uploaded record that is more than 170K bytes. The new error code under the status column will now display as ”OL” (Over Limit) versus the previously used “SE” (Sending) code.

Improved Multi Toll-Free Number Population

With the addition of a new column to the Reserved Number List (RNL) page, users can take advantage of a more streamlined transition from the RNL page to the Multi Number Copy (MNC) page. Specifically, the new column features boxes that can be checked to select identified TFNs and which the user can then click an MNC "Quick Build" button. Upon click, the TFN field will be automatically populated with the reserved TFNs.

Streamlined NUS Functionality

With the addition of a new column to the Number Search and Reserve (NUS) page, users can have a better experience while working in the RESERVE section of the NUS. Similar to above, the new column features boxes that can be checked to select identified TFNs and which the user can then click an MNC "Quick Build" button and, upon click, automatically populate the TFN field with the reserved TFNs.
