Part-Time HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic, part-time Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, with daily oversight and guidance from the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Administrative Assistant will play an integral role in the operational, logistical and administrative aspects of the Human Resources function. 

This part-time role will be based in our Westford, MA location and offers a flexible schedule of approximately 25 hours per week, determined in partnership with the Vice President of Human Resources. 

Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Administrative Support

  • Supports recruiting/talent administration including job postings, interview scheduling, and related tasks
  • Executes administrative onboarding activities for new employees including pre/post hire deliverables
  • Reports on talent related metrics and analyzes/prepares data for distribution
  • Supports and executes recruiting/talent related social media campaigns 

General Human Resources Administrative Support

  • Maintains accurate personnel files to ensure compliant employee records
  • Responsible for company-wide I-9 process, including coordination and follow up
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR team (i.e. expense reports, travel, drafting correspondence, preparing presentation materials, review of invoices)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 3 years of related experience in an administrative function.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Previous experience supporting a human resources function strongly preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in analyzing data and developing metrics preferred
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and be able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently, seeking answers when necessary and motivated to look for additional tasks.
