Latest TFNRegistry™ Release Brings New Enhancements!
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance the TFNRegistry™ experience and support our Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs), we’re excited to announce a new set of enhancements and improvements launching in the September release. These updates are designed to improve transparency, accuracy and accessibility across the TFNRegistry User Interface (UI):
*NEW* History of Template Records Page
Understanding the lifecycle of a Template Record is crucial for operational clarity and record management. With this release, we’re introducing a new History of Template Records page.
Resp Orgs can now enter a Template Name and view the complete history of that template. This added visibility supports auditing, troubleshooting and better decision-making, giving users a clear view into changes over time.
*NEW* Email Verification Prompt
Beginning Monday, September 8, 2025, users logging into the TFNRegistry UI will see a new email verification pop-up. This update helps ensure contact information is accurate and up to date. Users will be asked to confirm or update their email address and then complete the verification process via a link sent by email.
If you are only an Application Programming Interface (API) user, please log into the TFNRegistry UI. If for some reason you are unable to login to the TFNRegistry UI, you can login to the Somos Portal Website to update your email address on your user profile. Make sure your email address is current and accurate.
*NEW* Enhanced Chat Widget
We’ve made enhancements to the Somos Chatbot Help Widget in the TFNRegistry interface to better support users in real time. The upgraded chatbot now leverages AI to generate more precise and relevant responses to user questions. When you ask the Somos chatbot a question, it will scan our extensive knowledge article library, generate an AI-powered response and provide the reference materials it pulled from, saving you time and helping you get answers faster. You will continue to have the ability to talk to a Help Desk Agent at any time while using the chat widget.
