TFNRegistry™ Latest Release Brings New Enhancements!
The TFNRegistry continues to evolve to meet the dynamic needs of Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs), and the latest release brings two key enhancements designed to streamline record management and improve transparency during porting processes:
*NEW* Auto-Removal of NPA-NXX
This feature is now available within both Customer and Template Records, enabling Resp Orgs to easily identify and remove invalid POTS NPA-NXX combinations. By selecting a new button, users can automatically locate – and, when possible, remove – any 6-digit or 10-digit values containing an invalid NPA-NXX. This enhancement helps ensure your records are clean, accurate and compliant, saving time and reducing the risk of downstream errors.
*NEW* Expanded Statuses for HDI & HDS
To provide more clarity during the Help Desk Intervention (HDI) and Help Desk Support (HDS) processes, the TFNRegistry now includes five detailed status indicators:
1. Unprocessed – The request has been received but not yet acted on
2. Rejected – All numbers in the request have been declined
3. Approved – All numbers have been approved and the port completed successfully
4. Processed – A mix of approved and declined numbers
5. Port Processing – The Request MRO has been sent, but the Response MRO is still pending.
These expanded statuses offer a clearer picture of where porting requests stand, improving coordination, reducing uncertainty and helping teams respond more efficiently.
